Use liberally when seasoning a hearty steak, roast, sautéing ingredients, or using as a rub.

The “ALL” seasoning blend is a full flavored seasoning salt and should be used lightly to season your foods. A little goes a long way.

  • Our products are designed to create fun and simplicity when cooking with or without a recipe.

We promote using a recipe, but we also want to inspire your creative spirit, experiment, and spice up your life using our seasoning blends.

When following a recipe substitute our spice blend called for in the recipes or add a sprinkle to enhance the existing flavors. We believe our blends are not too salty so you can add salt and pepper to taste.

I recommend starting out purchasing our Six - Pak spice collection and discover the joy of flavoring and seasoning “simplified” Good Food Is Fun!

  • Minnesota creates some of the most, smart, creative, beautiful, talented, adventurous, durable and hardy people in the world- we've even created our own language “dont ya' Know.”

But when it comes to flavoring foods in Minnesota a few like screaming hot, a handful of us like hot and spicy. But for many here and around the world “paprika” ( a spice made from mild ground red peppers) can be to spicy!

We needed a universal term to connect with our native Minnesotans and likewise the world to fairly express the perceived heat value of our products.

With that in mind we established our baseline and together we created the “Minnesota Heat Barometer.”

A good parallel for us would be commercially prepared salsas.

    Mild- “None”

    Medium- “Medium” -

Gently warms the mouth and throat, but maybe approaching hot for some.

Hot- “Spicy" - We now feature a FIRELINE series of spicy products. Our first is our SPICY ORIGINAL BBQ Sauce. Most that think medium is spicy may want to use seasonings in a “hot” category sparingly or avoid. If you like screaming hot then the “hot" category is where your party is just getting started.
